The IISRP is pleased to announce that Michael Ulbrich has become the IISRP Sustainability Advisor, supporting the drive for sustainable initiatives and navigating environmental challenges will be the primary responsibility of this pivotal role. Michael’s contribution will be essential in our mission of building a sustainable and eco-conscious industry.

Michael is a management consultant and trainer with more than two decades of professional experience (ex BCG, ex Accenture) in process industries. He has led Accenture’s sustainability services for chemicals globally for numerous years. He focusses on circular economy, B2B commercial excellence and market strategy, and innovation management. Further, he’s got multiple years of experience building a portfolio of seed/ early-stage startup investments in circular economy and healthtech/health data.

Michael holds a Dipl.-Ing. (Master of Engineering equivalent) degree from Technische Universität Berlin, Germany, and an MBA from INSEAD, France/Singapore. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
