The IISRP is pleased to announce that as of September 16th, 2024, Mariano Ramirez has joined the organization as the Technical, Environmental, and Health Manager.

Mariano has 37 years of experience on the synthetic rubber and plastic industries, profound applications knowledge on polymer thermoplastics, polymer modified asphalt, roofing, compounding, adhesives & sealants, coatings, plastics modification, impact modifiers, tires, industrial goods and rubber compounds. Working in roles such as Environmental Health and Safety, Sr. Researcher, Technical Applications Manager, Commercial Sales Director, Advance Polymer Business Director, Business Development and Strategic Planning Director; in companies like Negromex, Dynasol, Cascadia Resources, Protrade International, Resirene, where he got worldwide exposure and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams. Mariano holds BS in Chemical Process Engineering.
